The Countryside near UlaanBaatar, Mongolia
We spent nearly every daylight hour getting the wireless net up and running, but... Thanks to our hosts (Dr. Enhkbat and Mr. Bataa) we were treated to a wonderful visit to the countryside near UlaanBaatar.
During our drive to the countryside we stopped and joined some of DataCom's staff for a BBQ -- Mongolian style.
And then ended up at a campground where some of us went horseback riding. I found the Mongolian horses to be very different from what I'm used to here in California... and I couldn't adjust to their gait.
